Terms of Service

1. Service Description

twin3 provides a decentralized identity verification system that issues Soulbound Tokens (SBTs) on the BNB Smart Chain. The service includes humanity verification, Twin Matrix identity projection, and AI agent activation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement. Each person may only hold one SBT — duplicate identities will be rejected.

3. Wallet Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet private keys. twin3 cannot recover lost keys or reverse on-chain transactions. Your SBT is bound to your wallet address permanently.

4. Testnet Disclaimer

The current deployment operates on BSC Testnet. Testnet tokens have no monetary value. Data and tokens on testnet may be reset without notice during the testing phase.

5. Limitation of Liability

twin3 is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any loss arising from smart contract interactions, wallet security breaches, or service interruptions.
